How much bandwidth i have used this month

Hey guys, I am here with a very useful tip that how to calculate how much bandwidth / internet you have used for one month or for a date or for a certain period of time.

Let us assume that you are using internet connection from a local internet service provider. And he provides a limited usage of bandwidth with full speed and he limits the speed after certain amount of usage of data. But mean while if any problem(s)
