How to find password using inspect element



This works only with Google Chrome


Step One: Open Google Chrome. Go to the website that you want to the steal that certain password from. (ex. YouTube, Facebook, G mail)

Step Two: Go to the login interface. If they use Google Chromes program to save passwords, then your in luck.

Step Three: Highlight the password.

Step Four: Right click > Inspect Element

Step Five: This is where things get tricky. A box with a bunch of codes should popup below. The line you're looking for should be highlighted. Look for the following code:" <input type=''password'' "

Step Six: Right click > Edit Attribute

Step Seven: Now double click on it and rename 'password' to 'text' and hit enter.

Step Eight: Copy down the password, and rename 'text' back to 'password'. Also, click the 'x' in the top right corner of the box.

    i hav a yahoo id....i forgot my id.its been almost 2years.bt it is connected to my old fb profile.when i report to my old account dat its been hacked from my new fb accnt.it showed the first and last letters of the id.and the middle part was marked with stars.how should i crack it using inspect element??plzz help.sum1 is misusing it

    You should've a recovery mail address or an mobile number associated with that account. I don't think its gonna work by doing using the inspect element. Try that..

    whom ever they may be.. a celebrity or a common man.. its just a code that we r gonna edit in browser. Or if a person have a practise of saving passwords in browser while logging in, then we can get it from browser cache..

      Yes, there is method to hack using victims mobile number. But not using this method.. thats entirely different process

      Dude, you are looking at "id".. its "type" attribute what you have to change.. I have added screen shot of hotmail homepage..

      This method will not work without entering password. You are replacing attributes value.. i.e., changing appropriate (default) value of password tag in html..

      Bro, this s nt a mthd to bypass the password without knowing it.. this s a small work which will dynamically change the script for viewing frm asterisk. And fr ur problem, either u need to hack ur accnt, or u shd change pass by recovering through email verification link
