How To Install Android On Your PC Through VitrualMachine
How To Install Android On PC
The next step is the installation. There’s a couple of ways to install Android on PC, the first one I’m going to show you is by using a virtual machine called VMware. It’s ideal if you just want to try Android on your PC, and it’s quick and easy.
VMware allows you to install and run numerous different operating systems (OS) on top of your current OS without any potential changes to your current OS configuration. If you would prefer to install Android permanently on a physical hard drive, USB HDD, or USB Memory Card, you can skip steps 1, 2, and 3, and proceed to the next part.
Step 1:
First, download VMware Player, then install it the same way as you would with any other software, following the on-screen instructions. Once it’s installed, you will see a welcome screen.
Step 2:
On the welcome screen, click ‘Create New Virtual Machine’, then click the ‘Browse’ button and select the Android ISO file that you downloaded in step 1, as shown in the picture below.
Step 3:
On the following screen, name the VM whatever you want. Click next, then again to use the default disk space. After you click finish, the virtual machine will power on and you’ll see a setup screen the picture below. Choose Install Android-x86 to hard disk.
Step 4:
Select Create/Modify Partitions
Select New
Choose Primary – then press enter to use the default disk size
Navigate to Bootable and press Enter on your keyboard.
Now select Write, then type yes and press enter to confirm. The warning message is irrelevant since VMware is only writing to a virtual disk.
Select quit, then choose the partition labelled sda1.
Format as FAT32 when asked and proceed past the confirmation message.
That’s how to install Android on PC using a VM.
